FAQ
Questions owners ask before we start
If your question is not here, send it through the contact form and we will answer directly.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
We work mainly with owner-led and family-run businesses in Kathmandu and across Bagmati, typically between ten and two hundred staff. Most are established and profitable but have hit a ceiling on growth, margin, or the owner's time.
How does a first engagement usually start?
It starts with a short conversation about the problem you are facing. If it looks like a fit, we propose a scoped piece of work with a fixed fee, clear deliverables, and a timeline. You approve the scope before anything begins.
Do you work on a project basis or a retainer?
Both. Some problems are best solved as a focused project with a defined end, such as building a financial model or redesigning a process. Ongoing support suits businesses that want a regular advisory check-in and help steering the plan.
Will you work on site with our team?
Yes. We spend time in your office, sit with the teams doing the work, and meet the people who will own the changes. Strategies built from a distance rarely survive contact with the day to day.
How do you handle confidentiality?
We sign a confidentiality agreement before we look at any commercial detail. Your data, margins, and internal findings stay between us and are never shared without your written consent.
What do you need from us to get started?
A decision-maker who can approve scope, access to the people closest to the problem, and honest numbers. We bring the framework and the facilitation; the business knowledge is already in your team.
Do you guarantee results?
No honest adviser can guarantee an outcome, because the result depends on execution inside your business. What we commit to is a clear scope, agreed measures, and work that stands up to review at each stage.
Can you help with just one service, not everything?
Yes. Many clients start with a single problem, such as cash flow or a stalled process, and expand later if it proves useful. Each service page describes what that engagement covers on its own.
Tell us what is holding the business back
A first conversation is free and carries no obligation. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you elsewhere.
