Who we are
EZEE Management Solutions is a business management consulting firm based in Kathmandu, Bagmati Province. We work with owner-led and family-run businesses that are established and profitable but have reached a ceiling on growth, margin, or the owner's own time.
Our work covers strategic planning, operational efficiency, and financial advisory, and often a mix of all three. We bring structure to problems that have felt too tangled to tackle, and we leave the team with something they can run without us.
We are sector-flexible by design. The same discipline, looking closely at how a business actually works, applies whether the client makes, sells, or serves.
